Most of if not all players who are experiencing this error code at the logging screen or right by character selection before start playing were Locked out of the game due unavoidable game crash. Here’s why it’s happening ( it happens because certain gear from the recent update has been equipped) the game keeps crashing because the gear is not being recognized by PS4 as part of the game items. How to fix it I used a DIM ( Destiny Item Manager) or Ishtar if you have it . Replace your equipment gear from this update with a gear from before the update. For people who don’t use it much ( is the option when you transfer gear from the vault or other character to your main one and select equip) so equip older gear. This will let you get back and play the game During the game test one gear at the time see which one causes the game to crash once you equip it. And go from there.
