As title states, Tempest Strike Hunter aspect is not working/procing combo blow at all. Kills do not proc any stacks of combo blow and also kills are not returning any amount class ability energy. Thank you for taking the time to read thru these posts!! Yalls hard work is def appreciated. Love yall!
