Rite of the nine lore tabs
I have collected all 6 collectibles from the ROTN dungeons and even have the triumph to prove it but I am missing two of the lore tabs.

Its been reported in the past and they're aware. Its likely due to the collectibles for Spire and Ghosts of the Deep being manually claimed for everyone due to a bug that wiped their progress, so they are counted as 'claimed' and as a result wont drop the missing lore entries. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264820020
