I recently purchased Destiny 2: The Final Shape + Annual Pass on [your platform, e.g., Steam, Epic, etc.], but I encountered the following issues:
I did not receive the “Final Shape” Dungeon Key;
I am unable to access the main story content for Season of the Echoes and Season of the Haunted.
Could you please help confirm if my account is correctly entitled to the content I purchased, and assist in resolving this issue? I can provide my order number or screenshots if needed.

I recently switched from epic to steam because my friend plays on steam, and the dlc and annual passes are activated on steam as well
