It’s happened to me in three different dungeons, all at the final encounter and around 1-2 damage phases from finishing. It’s infuriating, first it happened in prophecy, then duality and now it happened at the end of my vespers host flawless solo run. Eventually my healing physically does not work, from a cure hand cannon, ahakara gasps, and healing grenade. After a couple phases. It’s ruined so many of my runs and I’m appalled that this has not been fixed in a month. Three individual runs this bug has occurred. When I’m frantically running around trying it cause restoration and nothing happens. I spent 5 minutes running around at the end of duality trying to fix it (i thought it was a network issue) but to no avail my 2-3 run was ruined by it. Really frustrating.
