Unable to Authenticate Old Xbox Account For Cross Save
I have attempted multiple times to activate Cross Save on my account. However, every time I go to link my XBox account I get a "unable to authenticate" error.
I play D2 on Steam and have nothing on that XBox account from D1 that I want. I've kept it linked just because and up until now it hasn't given me any issues. Can I unlink the XBox account or can this be authenticated somehow?

Bearbeitet von BNGHelp8: 4/26/2025 11:15:07 PMHey there, so you've got an XBox account linked to Steam, and you're trying to authenticate XBox during the cross-save process, but it won't work? Unfortunately as of the 25th of March 2025, it is no longer possible to unlink accounts. If you log out of Bungie.net and log in with the same XBox credentials that you are trying, does it bring you back to this same account? If it brings you back to this account, then XBox should be automatically authenticated during cross-save. However if it brings you to a different Bungie Account altogether, it means the account linked to your Steam is a different account altogether.
