I logged in to my hunter today (Who is up to date on the story) and my tome of want is gone. I had to go back to the slab and reacquire it from there. I also have noticed anytime I tried to focus the temptations hook. It doesn't give the weapon to me, but uses the charges. I looked on the known issues page and didn't see them, so I don't know if these are known issues.
