I was working on the first intrinsic perk for barrow dyad following the quest. I still needed to reach level 9 at the vendor to get unbreakable will to progress the quest. I got to level 8 then started act 2 story to get the new weapons. When I went to the vender it reset to level 1 with the new act 2 rank up rewards and unbreakable will upgrade is no longer there. How do I progress in the quest if the unbreakable will is not there anymore
