I've scanned the paper. I've inputted the second code it won't proc.
I'm on step 3. Lab worms say 4/3 and is checked. I input the code for witness gives dark. Nothing happens. No dred , no shriekers. No something stirs. Friends have tried to help thinking I did something wrong. Nope. I'm locked out.

Looking on Reddit it seems you can soft lock progress if you’ve grabbed worms from separate parts of the quest. Steps are character specific so maybe try on an alt but it’s likely the issue will persist
