The lock encounter has to be deemed impossible for the regular player to solo it was only designed to let some soy boy streamer get glory by putting on his PC hacks and going to town.
This needs a scaler for ad spawn and damage needs to be adjusted the encounter on normal is 1965 power or whatever and it feels like a GM in this encounter the add spam gets unbelievably overwhelming to deal with even with even devour and other health regen builds and ad clearing builds it’s not enough to cope,
really just staring to hate this game and every thing you bring out nothing is ever just fun to do anymore eg whisper and sharph shield and the other exotic missions where good balanced I’ll admit shattered throne good, Pit good, grasp good , duality buggy and frustration, ghosts way too long to do solo flawless, doctrine is good mostly but the lockset encounter as mentioned needs to be balanced and fix the precision damage bugs

Lol only cheaters can complete that encounter solo ? ok bud. Clearly not just you not knowing the encounter very well. Not got the right build for it, the strat for it and solo just isn't your thing. Also why Streamers only ? you mentioned hackers, There are a lot of cheaters in this game, and they don't stream.

1 AntwortenGotta disagree here lock is easier than any encounter in vesper or ghost. And the other 2 encounters are more so on par with Prophecy or grasp in terms of difficulty. This is coming from someone who hated the difficulty of vesper and the stupidity of the 1m hp shield ghost bosses had.

Give it a rest the last one was significantly harder… there’s mechanics and that’s it it’s near enough impossible to die using current meta builds and the damage checks are none existent.

It's one of the easier dungeons bungie has made. beat it with my 14 and 16-year-old daughters who are casual as they come.

You can do 1 symbol DMG phase 10 seconds, while it takes more time it's really easy. You control everything in this encounter. I am not a great player but I got my solo flawless really easy in this dungeon.

Imagine asking for some ad spawn scaler in the one encounter where we can freely control how many ads spawn.

If only there was a lock combination for the lockwheel that STOPed the vast majority of adds from spawning.

You know there are ways to mitigate ad spawns at lockset right ? You can make it so all you’re dealing with are grim and a few psions….

You literally run Skullfort the entire run and swap to H-Propulsion for dps, + artifact + Tome active and you're nigh on unkillable outside of high burst dmg The first time I ran my SF I got Lockset in 2 phases just sitting under it, the answer is Stop/Stop/Stop/Kill Right -> Left, every other guide or explanation is bait, that's all you need to know. If you can't handle a wave of Psions + Grimm prior to a wizard spawn you *probably* shouldn't be attempting an SF Given you've got previous SF clears I'm not going to tell you how to suck eggs, but I seriously think you're conflating fun =/= difficulty, or you're just washed, idk

If ya can’t do it then ya can’t do it, no need to dumb it down for that. This is by far easier than vespers host. If you’re struggling that much on second encounter look into different strategies and different builds, worked for me.

uh? a lot of normal console player did the solo run of this dungeon, if you are not good at the game just do the mechanics, you are not forced to do like good players
