Bungie needs to stop time gating
Bungie and their developers, whatever is left of them, need to start reviewing their code with a finer eye and skill. They also need to stop time gating every little thing like they do. If you all cant handle the amount needing to be pumped out, then I advise finding a slower pace and a company that doesnt pay its CEO millions for work that a CEO at costco making 500k can do, and wasting 10 million on a new building in Bellevue, WA. That area is expensive as you can get and they went with a congested location

You couldn’t be more right. Timegating is the worst thing for consistent players. Anyone who thinks timegating content is a good idea is just an idiot. Having to wait a week just to play 5 minutes of a seasonal questline is asinine. The craziest thing this season is the new exotic smg quest line. It’s timegated til ACT2😂 Bungie is -blam!-. After this season, I won’t play anymore because of this.

Since they started the “seasonal” model of content, they have heavy handedly timegated things, to drag out the small bits of content, to make it feel like there’s actually substance. They aren’t going to suddenly stop doing so, since everyone kept giving them money for this, at this point.

I just find it fascinating that story wise every season is “go here, find/do a thing, then we’ll have something else for you to find/do in exactly 7 days”
