I don't pay attention to whether I get up or downvotes; it's little more than high school popularity crap. You're right that things like this need to be brought to the forefront, but going on a tirade insulting the devs, their mothers, and their dog isn't the best way to handle it. As I said, I don't know anything about game development but I have worked in customer service and treating some one like sh*t for a mistake isn't exactly..........motivational; at least not in my experience.
