Yet issues within the game affect the players, and players must give feedback to the developers if they want problems fixed. Because if no one ever talks about the problem how could the studio know that there is one?
After which just fixing issues with the tonics and perk weighting doesn't just wash away the impact it had on the game. It is also about how to make up for it going forward which isn't a one and done fix.

"Tonics = A Really Bad Thing I mean: I play this gane a lot and I have made many tonics and only have 40 tonics discovered. You just put those tonics somewhere, Bungie." He never mentioned any technical issues here. Just that he has made a lot of tonics and have yet to discover them all.

Let me again provide you with an article that explains the whole issue with tonics not working properly for most of the season. The reason I use this article is particular is because they link the Bungie post that acknowledged that there was an issue. https://wowvendor.com/media/destiny-2/tonics-do-not-work/?srsltid=AfmBOorAfrMTjbeIuOBdpKdIetqx8Q0WkfEcjPfNDqBCMgM2hXKb6lQ0

Ok cool, but is it an issue now ? No clearly not. All of mines are working, i am getting weapons consistently and all with different rolls. I am unlocking new tonics and have almost discovered them all. Again he is complaining about how he did not unlock a new tonic after making 40 tonics. Not sure why you need to make this all about weapons and weight gating.
