Soooo, this exotic quest isn’t worth it?
I got to it, I looked for groups, the time limit expired for those groups to acknowledge my existence…
And then I thought…
‘Why am I bothering?’
So I didn’t, and abandoned the whole ‘story’ line.
I really, really want to enjoy Destiny. I think the weapons, the design etc is great, but then they throw in tonics and you can’t get the materials unless you repeat an exercise 20 times, and the joy is sapped out of it, and I find myself sinking in so much crud.
The same weapon drops over and over again, swimming in materials I can’t use because I’m missing ‘the’ material I need to progress something, and then… Why am I visiting the holoprojector to talk with someone who is standing ten feet away???

Just solo it. It’s basically a campaign mission set in the old beyond light campaign difficulty

1. You could make your own post 2. You could solo the mission 3. I do think it’s worth it. I don’t like all the replaying of it but 3 times with the final on legend difficulty and to can bust everything out.

2 AntwortenBungie is kind of clever. They know this content is trash. I’ve skipped the acts of nonsense only to see I can’t get to the exotic because it’s locked behind these poorly thought out missions. I’m not doing that garbage. Shotgun will be nerfed soon anyway.

1 Antworten3 of us ran the expert mode to complete the 4 exotic quests. We all shot each of the things with the shotgun. 1 person got credit for all 4 quests, 1 got credit for completing 3 of the 4 with like 90% left on number II. The third person only got credit for completing 2 quests. This is BS because all 3 of us each shot the things as a team so we all should’ve gotten all of them completed. I’ve been dedicated to the game since beta D1 but this game is so broken that it’s hard to want to run anything. Why run any endgame content if Bungie can’t fix it? Why keep spending money on a broken game that obviously will never be fixed correctly?

1 AntwortenI did the mission twice and the only reason was because one of my friend needed help Although i joined half way through it was boring after like 5 minutes and even if the exotic fun to use Bungee going to nerf as you have mentioned It wasn't worth it for me to do it for myself

The mission isn't overly challenging. A good build helps but isn't essential. The puzzles are a lil frustrating here & there, but once you've done one run, it's much much quicker. I got misled a few times the first run & spent a LOT of time doing loops, but got thru without YouTube lol The encounters can be a bit tedious but there's lots of cover. Jus watch the timers & beware of Fikrul 'preparing an attck' 3 runs to finish the story. And ya get the shotgun on the first run. And no timer 😁

Its a pretty fun shotgun but I feel like the seasonal mod with the whole Void coming from the clouds should be apart of the Exotic by default, just to make it feel more... Exotic. - Kind of like how Thunderlord has its Bolts of Lightning, except it activates on every Headshots (2 second cool down?). Back to Marvel Rivals I go now, to see if I can rank up from GM III.

Well, the shotgun's cracked, and you only need to run the mission 3 times to finish the story. Normal is easy enough solo, but you'll want a fireteam for Expert.

Rip LFG. I got the perks with the clan then I finished the story solo. Similar if not a little shorter compared to Encore

Just make your own group or solo it (don’t recommend expert solo though) If you like shotguns; it’s a fun one with a gimmick. Conditional is a better exotic SG

They messed up plain and simple, would you rather eat your dinner in one sitting or have 1 bite put it in the fridge then eat another bite tomorrow night? They shouldn’t have given us small content drops every 3 months with a single exotic they have basically brainwashed you into coming back and wanting more just like tv shows that leave you with a cliff hanger so you have to watch the next episode and that process repeats itself

I just created my own in-game lfg, it worked pretty quickly. I don’t know if it has to be at what time you tried to get a group, but I got teammates that were competent and good at the mission. Knocked it out on Legendary for a catalyst I wanted and the rest on normal. Try it again, I do recommend it. It’s an easy mission once you know where to go and what to do. Plus you get a cool shotgun.

mission super easy, I joined an lfg no mic group yesterday and didnt even die shotgun is solid and worth it you can do it!

Yes, I am bored to death by most of the seasonal content. I actually went back and started doing raids for the first time and am loving all that older content and all the craftable weapons. They should give us more of that and less of this repetitive crap.

Use the lfg on this app, you'll get groups in seconds. Fireteam finder is dead because the morons all went back to Fortnite
