Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Did you already have 5 Exotic Ciphers in your inventory? Players can only hold 5 of them, so there's a chance you completed the quest and couldn't receive the reward due to the cipher limit. This could also happen if your consumables inventory was completely full.
