Unfortunately, if your name has been changed - Bungie have deemed it as violating the Code of Conduct or Bungie Name Policy. This means you cannot use the same name again, you will need to try a variation (this can cause you to be moderated again if your variation still breaks the rules) or you can try completely new names until one works. Bungie do not release a list of names or reasons why names are on the filters, some names that I've seen shouldn't be on it but Bungie disagree and the names are on the filters and cannot be picked anymore.
