You should be able to access the expansions as long as you have everything set up. With that being said, if you continue to have difficulty accessing licensed content through license sharing, you'll need to contact Sony, as that's a Playstation and Sony feature, not a Bungie or Destiny 2 feature. Please keep in mind that Season Pass activities and content isn't part of an expansion, but a separate purchase and activated through the in-game systems, so cannot be license shared.
