The matchmaking got so much worse. I keep experiencing loss after loss. The only time I win is when I'm the top of the leaderboard. I shouldn't have to carry every single match if I want to win. I want teammates who will pull their own weight.

Its what happens when the PvP player pool across all game modes is barely over 100k players.

4 AntwortenMainly I feel the meta is boring

First game I played today both teammates leave. It's so -blam!- infuriating.

The lobby balancing is comically bad. The worst I've ever seen it. For a playlist that is allegedly "skill based matchmaking" I've been in 99% of games that end in a complete blowout.
-
So basicly you want teammates who play the game for a living and are litteral gods ? Yeah , don't we all ? Stop crying like a streamer and simply play the game .

2 AntwortenI played some comp a couple days ago, the first match I played, one teammate was AFK and the other one kept rushing the enemy and dying right away. At that point I just excused myself. The comp experience could definitely be improved, not to mention how little wins reward you and how much losses punish you. Ranking up shouldn't be 1 step forward 3 steps back.

Yeh I’d have to agree. The 50/50 win loss seems stronger than ever before. No matter what time of day on any day. Comp is pretty much the only thing I play on d2 now. But once I get a god roll shotgun I’m out.

8 AntwortenThe reward is a shotgun that can almost get every stat to 100. This season in comp is gonna suck for sure

I finally logged on to do my placement matches and lost 6/7 matches because most of the time I had really bad team mates, like, hilariously bad. I’d be upset if I could take the game seriously.

Honestly, I stopped caring. Bungie cant ban cheaters or xim users on PC so......
-
You're not alone I've just lost 14 games in a row and almost every single 1 of them I've been top of my team

Bearbeitet von Chrytor-6: 10/18/2024 2:11:02 PMI’ve been saying for almost a year now that the match making is PvP’s biggest problem. I’m glad this is being talked about more. Being the best in the lobby by a tiny margin should not warrant having literal blueberries put on your team. 99 times out of 100, the gap between the best player in a lobby and the second best/third best/fourth best is not that big. Bungie placing the worst two/three people with the best player is objectively punishing people for learning to get good at the game. Edit: Seriously, what game has someone log in with the mindset of “god, I hope I’m not the one with the best stats in my lobby.” This is completely backwards.

You kids say this exact same thing every single season…
-
The matchmaking is absolute dogshit! Whatever changes you’ve made, revert them, because anything is better than how it is now. Crazy how anytime these guys try a fix they -blam!- it up worse than it was. Grossly incompetent!

Maybe you should try to play on your phone's wi-fi hotspot. If ypu are already doing this, then you should played wired.
