To apply for the this posting you are a higher skilled level Guardian who has completed clears for most of the current D2 Raids, fully understands all the mechanics, puzzles and can lead a Fire-team of 6 Guardians in their Raid while teaching each member who either has never run that raid before or has but wants to learn all the positions in it. SR works with their team to explore and clear large paths areas, suggest builds to wax bosses, solve puzzles. Sherpa's help carry new raiders and help spread best practices of the raid while guiding them through friendly conversation and only offer direct combat support when necessary. SR are your team leaders and everyone needs to listen and work together in a Raid team. SR will listen to their team’s prior raiding experience if they have it to find the best way to win! Raids have check-points so newer raiders can relax, learn, never get upset with your performance and learn, learn, learn! Trust your SR – they know exactly what they are doing and are WILLING to listen and to help NEW and/or INEXPERIENCED PLAYERS through each raid. The more you raid, the better your fire-team becomes. I do not allow any toxic behaviors like shaming people for making mistakes, abusive behaviors during raids, coaching is desired vs. nasty criticisms as humans do not like abuse!
