I picked the quest and located the anomaly in Exoscience. After interacting, I saw subtitle saying Maya Sundaresh (I have enabled displaying message authors in subtitles) and nothing else. There was also Ghost animation in the top right corner also stating Maya Sundaresh. So, there was a message, but both subtitles and voiceline was not present. One person told me that both voiceline and subtitles are present in English version in the game. I am using Russian localization where the issue appeared
