Legend Seal - Timeline Reflections Stuck at 3/4
Hello.
I completed these a long time ago. The quest isn't in the Quest Archive; Ikora has nothing, and my Guardian Rank 4 lists it as complete. I see no option to go back and do it again.
Is there any workaround, or am I out of luck for the Seal?

I had the same thing happen to me, so I ended up running all 4 again, but it wasn't until I did the one for Lightfall that finally gave me the 4th one.
