I didn't get the Legendary Final Shape Campaign Triumph
I completed the Legendary Final Shape Campaign, but I didn't get the triumph. This is proven because the triumph shows that I completed the last 2 missions.

Your hunters game history shows 3 legendary missions being cleared - Transmigration, Dissent, and Iconoclasm - the other 4 are normal clears Your titan and warlock were full normal, no legendary. Do the 4 missions that the triumph will tell you that you haven't done.
