Unable to obtain new radiolite from exotic mission
I notice two new radiolites to obtain however when I try to pick them up I only get glimmer

You need to upgrade Failsafe to get the new radiolite samples. You do this as part of the Act 3 story quest after completing Encore.

You probably didn't upgrade failsafe yet to access them
