Hello, In the Exotic Mission Encore (Normal difficulty), on the third puzzle for the secret chest (accessed from the portal in the lab just before the final boss), I died and was respawned in another area. This area was cave which required a node (Vex Module // Deletion) which had not been spawned in yet, which prevented any further progress and required a full mission reset. I'm guessing that this cave area was supposed to have been accessed after having cleared the puzzle, since there was a waypoint to a Vex portal where I respawned which was not active. Dying again did not reset the spawn point. I was killed in the lower area of the puzzle room by a Hydra; unknown if location and enemy type matters in replicating the issue.
