So, it would be nice to hear about 2 things, firstly I am reading that a lot of people cant change their name back for some reason, Im not sure if they simply dont have any tokens left or if the 'banned' names are actually on some list that prevents people from going back to their old names. If thats the case this has to quickly be addressed and fixed. And secondly I'd love to have clear communication of whats going on exactly. Also regarding the numbers we once had. I was 'SteinSteve#5723' all the time. It would be kinda nice to get the number back as well although its a minor issue for me at least and because of the hope that you might somehow revert the changes I still havent even tried to change my name back because I thought if you revert it then I'll probably just waste another token. Now you kinda said its impossible to revert the changes but you kinda still left other options/fixes open instead of just saying: 'ok theres no other way of dealing with this so we fixed the issue that caused the name changes and we'll be giving everyone affected a name change token' So I still dont know what to do right now and its been 2 weeks since this happend. I thought maybe you could manually change back names and numbers if you could check who was affected. And since you want to give the people who were affected by the name change a token back, you have to be able to identify them/us anyways. I understand that this might be a lot/too much of an effort, but then again I feel like if someone who is able to do that (and I feel like that should be possible from a technical view) saw this post right here, that person should be able to go into the data and change it back manually, no? Again I know this probably would be an insane amount of work((then again I feel like it should be done since you guys messed it up in the first place)(poor guys who would need to do that lmao)) I just hope that you guys are going to fix the fact that some people apparently cant go back to their names because it seems like the names are still on some shadow banned list/blacklist. And that you will hopefully soon give a clear update like: So we have tried every possible solution but the only way for this to be undone is to give everyone affected a name change token soon, also the change numbers will remain as they are now'
