Change nickname
Hello, my nickname has been changed, which means that my account has been tampered with under the pretext of the crossplay platform, which is a colossal mistake (this information appeared in the game). This is an interference with private account settings and now my friends don't recognize me because someone decided to change my nickname. I can't set it because I get information that I can only do it once. Since I didn't do it, please restore my nickname or allow me to change it.

Hello there was a bug that impacted how the filter for Bungie names functioned. If you have not previously changed your name, you may still have a token to change it again, keep in mind that the filter is currently blocking moderated names so you will not be able to choose the exact same name at this time. If it happened last week then read this: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/264255896 If it happened more recently, then either Bungie or the filter deemed your name as inappropriate/violated CoC or name policy and forcibly changed it.
