Bungie please focus on the core playlist activities?
Bungie, Please start addressing the real issues Destiny has and stop wasting resources on fighting the symptoms. Thats a losing battle. This approach is a major contributing factor as to why Bungie is facing financial problems and problems in retaining players in Destiny. Now that you are not making large expansions, PLEASE focus on making the core activities better.

1 AntwortenBungie couldn't charge for improving core activities, so don't expect them to focus there. I suspect most of the Destiny revenue is being used to fund Marathon.

I agree. Hate that strikes have light level restrictions. I just wanna run a basic vanguard strike and blast aliens to bits with one or two buttons sometimes. 😀😀. Leave the hard stuff on hard or harder for those who group and like challenges, but strikes...less battlegrounds too please. And the changes to basic kenitics...why did they lose their %10 boost? Not the strand or stasis, the basic kinetics....

It would go such a long way for making the game more enjoyable to play, but that's not where they make their money. So they don't understand and continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

Been asking for this for a long time.. once they changed the economy for the playlists they stopped touching them.. its purposeful and strategic.. and a horrible move. There is probably 2-3 coding teams max working on D2.. skeleton crew that fixes things if they can.. they are all focused on Marathon. Try to find your fun where you can.. there is no one fielding customer data or focusing on development.. they have thrown in the towel.. totally checked out. -

See, all the talent left this Business years ago and over 300 people were let go this last year, and if I'm correct Sony took over 150 people spreading them out through their business. Bungie doesn't exist anymore because the studio was dismantled.

1 AntwortenI’d love them to focus on quality content I enjoy replaying, rather than the constant churn of seasons/episodes (lightweight, disposable content, IMO). I’m curious to see what Frontiers is going to be.

I don't know if it is a setting Bungie have changed because of the feedback regarding players wanting to do strikes solo or if it is because the player count is so low but I have been doing strikes solo far more often these days.

4 AntwortenUsed to spend hours in Strikes but not touched them due to the neglect they've gotten and BG's being added into them. Miss the Strike system from D1. Now if only the playlist wasn't so empty.

honestly if they added a rank system for pve similiar to mythic dungeons in world of warcraft though different where need be and just nerf all ability damage by half in pvp then stop trying to balance everything and just focus on pumping out new pvp maps the game would last a while. like the story is over we killed the big bad smoke head person why are they focusing echoes so much on it. nobody cares about picking flowers on nesus we want game mechanics/additions that add longevity to the game.
