账号被恶意破坏，绑定了一个陌生的EPLC平台，还充值了银币，导致我没办法解除跨平台，存档也没了我真的想哭，有什么办法能解决吗
所有的存档都没了，账号成了一个空白号，现在就像快点解除，不然什么都没有了

4 AntwortenHi there! In order to deactivate Cross Save or remove accounts from Bungie.net profiles, you must be able to authenticate all linked accounts. Bungie cannot remove any account from any profile for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized. If you do not have the login information for that platform, you must work with that platform to retrieve that information. If it is an unknown account, Bungie cannot remove that account. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profil
