I have already done that but I'd appreciate a bungie dev to confirm for me.....I have put in a appeal already and still haven't got a email

Security will typically only reach out you if more information is needed from you or if the ban/restriction is overturned. They do not typically reveal any further information about the ban.

How can I try to make a proper appeal if I don't know what I was banned for it sucks because I could prove my innocence on this. I put a lot of time and hrs into this game to suddenly get banned for something that I could prove myself to be innocent.
