So I have never really used Lucky pants before, but decided to try them out using Warden's law. So I understand there is a cool down in-between the damage buff " out of luck" but even when the cool down ends and you swap back to your hand cannon, the buff has a delay before it works again, even after the cool down. My questions are, is this normal, has it always worked this way and is it intended to work this way ? Because it feels like there are 2 cool downs, one is invisible and one isn't. This makes it feel very inconsistent to me when using it. I am not familiar enough with these exotic pants to tell if this is a bug or not, hence why I am asking. I really do not like internal timers I cannot see. If this is intentional, add that invisible timer to the cooldown timer or remove it.
