Magazine overflowing perks reset when swapping armor/mods
As the title says, magazine overflowing perks are currently being reset whenever you swap to a different piece of armor or swap an armor mod. The perks I tested are envious assassin and reconstruction but I'm sure the same interaction occurs with other perks that do similar things such as overflow and ambitious assassin. Here's a couple other videos from my brief testing period.

This bug is detrimental to the game as swapping to surges for a damage phase is extremely popular in the current sandbox.

removing any mod or exotic armour causes it, as well as swapping weapons, very annoying

This is a major nerf to all overflowing perks. Armor mods should have no impact on weapons magazine.

I just tested it and it is, in fact, the same with overflow and ambitious assassin
