Can’t get exotic class item
Cant get it as it’s not appearing in chest loot and when I do overthrows the keeper of the witch queens don’t spawn so I can’t access the gear or dual destiny

You have to fully complete an overthrow in each area before the secret keepers spawn. Should spawn on the third area's overthrow if you have done the other two then you'll have to do the other two again. ConCon on youtube has a walkthrough to unlock the dual destiny mission
