Enhanceble weapons (Mercurial overeach) not actually enhancing perks event at level 30+ on weapon
Got this sniper as the reward for that one comp quest a while ago, the only decent one i ever got, got it to level 30, but the perks wont enhance. i have the actual like enhancement level at level 3 as seen in the image and it wont enhance at all, tried everything, dont know how to fix
