That isn’t the annoying part read it’s other perk “sharpshooter”
It makes it the most free sniper in the game I have clip of a guy streaming who bodyshot me and it counted as a headshot that thing is essentially the best sniper because of that perk granting those free bonuses

The guy who clipped you with that got lucky. The sniper itself isn't particularly good, it just has a very strong main perk.
