I have a pretty cool idea for an exotic sword: For the element, I could imagine Void, Strand, or Kinetic (it would be the first Kinetic sword). [b]First, it has a new frame:[/b] A powerful slash from left to right. It has 20% more range than a normal strike and hits in a 180° arc. [b]Perk:[/b] You can hit enemies, and all enemies you've hit in the last three seconds are marked. If you kill them, you regain a bit of health and get a boost to your least charged ability. This also works if you get the kill with another weapon or if someone else lands the final blow. [b]Second Perk:[/b] While enemies are marked, you can hold block, and all marked enemies within a 10-meter radius are tethered to you. If enemies leave the radius, they lose the tether. While you're blocking and enemies are tethered to you, they take damage every second and you gain a bit of overshield. The more tethers, the more damage per enemy and the more overshield you gain. However, you also consume more ammo the more enemies are tethered to you. Since blocking deals damage to marked enemies every second, it would reapply the mark every second. [b]Catalyst:[/b] Increases range from 10m to 15m. The mark lasts 5 seconds now. Every kill of a marked enemy grants a bit of overshield to you and all nearby allies.
