Her tone of voice is hella sus after we just completed a cyst mission. Are we certain we aren’t low key giving Savathun ghost or something?
EDIT: I'm a lore nerd so I already know her backstory. I am strictly speaking about the above mentioned. I pointed out that Eris shoot her shot at Drifter in Shadowkeep an they called me a madman . Look how that turned out.

As others have pointed out, she's a Speaker. Who knows what toll the Traveler's visions have taken on her. Plus, she's been trying to keep Ghosts away from a Ghost killer called Cyrell (and if he doesn't now ecome relevant in the story at some point I'mma be mad because he's quite fascinating in his own right). And she's implied to be a very old Guardian. She sent Andal Brask across the Pacific and messaged the first Hunter Vanguard, Tallulah Fairwind, about it. She's just tired.

5 AntwortenDoubtful. Not only is it a ridiculous twist, it’s also one they’ve already pulled two years ago. Savathûn also never needed to capture Ghosts. The Hive Ghosts chose to raise the Lucent brood.

She experiences the pain & everything else the ghosts and the traveler go through. It's taxing on her. There's nothing nefarious hidden underneath her tone.
