While they're strong neither are the most game breaking weapons. Remember there was a time in which Vex could kill with like a 0.5 ttk with a kill and radiant (Or the og version of Radiant from sunspots) while being able to go to like 32 meters (At the time this was around the hand cannon range before zoom changes) while also having a linear one shot that originally had the aim assist of an auto instead of a linear like it does now. Or Tarrabah where after like 1 single kill you had a weapon with like 0.4 ttk that could almost instantly reload and it could kill supers in like 0.8 seconds. Also the body shot ttk was also around 0.4 because the body to precision damage was almost the exact same. No Time To Explain had a ttk faster than any other 340 pulse rifle in the game while being like 10x more accurate than the pulse rifles of today. The 2 shot hand cannon meta The Hardlight meta I could go on. Point is while these are strong there were meta weapons capable of FAR worse than a simple 0.6 ttk or healing like 20 hp to allies after a kill (I think in pvp cure x1 is reduced)
