Fought all 9 bosses again and still stuck at 16 Motes of Light
After seeing the bungiehelp tweet saying this issue was fixed. I have gone ahead and fought all 9 bosses across the 3 overthrow location and have not obtained the last mote of light i am missing. I also already have all 8 Motes from the Visions of Traveler collectible.

If this doesn't work for you, please let us know!
