Enhanced my recluse to tier 3 but it hasnt upgaded the perks
I paid all the enhancement cores, ascendant alloy and prisms to upgrade my recluse to level 3 (after leveling up the weapon to level 17) but it hasn't enhanced my perks, still says they need to be enhanced even though the weapon is at level 3 already. Also the master-worked border has disappeared
