You need to keep in mind guardians are the focus and they don't seem to be capable of reproduction. Then many alien species handle parent hood very differently than humans or don't have genders like the vex or taken and reproduce by conversion.

Because of the nature of guardians, losing their memories apon revival and needing to be revived after dying often dozens or hundreds of years later, pre existing family structures are fairly uncommon amongst guardians, especially since it's generally discouraged to look into your past. It's an obvious story tool to let ppl self insert, of course. Though many could have been and likely were moms prior to being revived. While not an actual mom to our knowledge, icora definitely serves a almost parent like roll among a number of guardians. The most obvious would be zavalas wife. Else, Anna, and clovis + banshee is the most extended family dynamic I know though most of them aren't actually light bearers so i dont really count that.. I know that's not exactly what you're looking for but it's the best I've got personally. But it's actually a pretty good (lore) question, that might actually be a fairly unexplored aspect of the destiny universe. Edit: due the self insert nature if guardians if your guardian is a guardian mom, you [u]are[/u] a guardian mom.

I think Eva Levante had a husband and child way back in the past , and she technically is like the old lady neighbour that everyone treats like an extra grandmother cos she’s always bringing gifts for everyone lol
