A few notes about me, I am a returning player to Destiny for Into the Light. I stopped playing a season or two before Lightfall. I still bought Lightfall but I did not play it until now. The other day I wanted to use the Vex M. so I went into my Vault, I got the Vex and then noticed the catalyst was missing. And I can not reapply it. I tried getting a new Vex M. from the Collections but had the same issue. Then I looked in the Catalysts section and it shows as locked/missing. I unlocked the catalyst playing VoG normally, I did not do anything weird. And I used the catalyst for months after I unlocked it, so I dont know what could have happened. I think I unlocked the catalyst before the whole rework of menus for the catalysts (but not 100% sure). I also dont know exactly when it disappeared, I unlocked it the season VoG was relaunched and used for months, at least a couple of seasons. I am mostly a single player, but I love Fatebringer and Vex M. so much that I did VoG quite a few times to get the god roll and to get the Vex M. and the exotic. The issue of course is that if I wanted to unlock it again, it is going to be super hard to find people now to do it. And that is assuming there is not something bugged in my account. Is there anything I can do to get it back? I tried contacting Customer Support, but it is SUPER limited, there are these online forms for some particular issues (aka missing silver) and if what you need is not exactly one of those they just close the ticket.
