I just want the stupid exotic
If someone from Bungie sees this
This does not make me want to play more
This makes me want to play less
Now instead of enjoying testing new loadouts and being able to expand the end game content I can do now I literally only sign on a couple of times a week just to run this dungeon for a chance at buried bloodline because there are a few builds I want to experiment with
There needs to be some kind of protection for this because I am super burned out on this and will never want to run the dungeon again after I finally get it if I don't get burned out on the game itself first just trying to get the exotics I pay for access to.
This is dumb.

1 Antworten45th? That's all? I've run it 60+ tines and still nothing.

Welcome to rng. It's how it goes. There's allot of things you can do to boost the drop rates.

I don’t even wanna hear you pay for access…. Your argument loses all respect when you say crap like this. If you want pay to win (and it sounds like you think we should) go play something else. RNG is far better than that.

3 AntwortenSaw your reply to someone else. Congrats on finally getting it. Maybe someone at Bungie saw your post and flicked the switch.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 5/8/2024 9:21:15 PMPure RNG that can go on indefinitely with nothing in place should not be a thing in any game, ever. There should always be a threshold of time/effort that leads to the player getting what they want out of an activity. Barring something like adepts where it’s challenge based, RNG should not exist the way it does in dungeons, at all. Hundreds of unrewarding Gahlran attempts for a specific weapon roll means I am no longer buying dungeons. They don’t respect player time and effort AT ALL, and it’s inexcusable to let a reward system exist in this way. Bungie loses a deluxe edition sale for no good reason and after TFS hype dies down I’ll see them later this year when I play catch up on episodes after waiting for them to go on sale and have saved up MS reward points. First deluxe I’m not getting and it’s exclusively for this reason. For this needless stinginess that does not benefit the player in any way.

2 AntwortenYou could do the triumphs to boost your drop rate
This does not make me want to play more This makes me want to play less
45 runs says otherwise.

Got it in less than 10 runs. You want it, do the exotic triumphs and help someone with their catalyst because they all boost drop rate.

4 AntwortenTook me 69 runs for Touch of Malice, 29 for Navigator and 27 for Eyes of Tomorrow. Thankfully everything else has been quick drops (mostly second or third clear with Buried Bloodline taking 6 clears)

That's some seriously unfortunate luck. Maybe a break from the dungeon would do some good for your sanity. Have you at least gotten some worthwhile gear out of it?

You pay for access to the dungeon to be fair. But also, why don't you just do something else instead if you don't like doing the dungeon?
