They’re just a forum troll. Any excuse to do this schtick.
-
Who's trolling? I'm just asking which branch he served in to call himself a vet. Surely he isn't talking about being a video game vet. Nobody would say something that silly, right?
-
“Veteran” can apply to lots of things, not just military. OP obviously used it as shorthand for “I’ve played this game over many years.” If you don’t like the word used in that way, fair enough, but I’m not buying the “who’s trolling?”
-
I didn't realize being inquisitive was trolling. That you for informing dear. You've really cleared things up for me.

When the purpose of a question is to try and find an angle to ridicule someone, I wouldn’t call it “being inquisitive”.
When the purpose of a question is to try and find an angle to ridicule someone, I wouldn’t call it “being inquisitive”.
Isn't trying to find things the backbone of being inquisitive? If I was hypothetically trying to find a way to ridicule someone, doesn't that by it's very nature make me inquisitive, since I'm actively seeking new information? One can be malicious and inquisitive simultaneously.
hypothetically
LOL

I don't understand what's so funny about the word hypothetically. Now, bamboozle or sassafras? Those words are funny. So is Bologna, but that's just me.
