Trying to link Xbox to PS5 crosssave. It's not working it says i need to deactivate the cross save and do it again whenever i try to deactivate it shows that i need to authenticate. whenever I try to authenticate error comes up: "The account you attempted to verify is not linked to your currently logged in account. Please try again with your linked account for this platform." I log out log back in it says the accounts are linked and yet on PS5 its a brand new character. Its a never ending loop of need to deactivate-you can't deactivate until authenticated. cannot authenticate. How can i ressolve the problem. Thanks
