The Adept Draw Time and Adept Accuracy mods still cannot be seen in the collections, before or after receiving them In addition, there has never been any clarification as to where these mods exactly drop from, as the information collected from players has been mixed at best Any clarification on Bungie can give on this would be greatly appreciated
