None, it should be either as vague as possible or a combination of all 3 to keep you guessing. Alternatively, it could focus on a fireteam or multiple people so there is no "main" character.

I would say warlock due to the fact that I main a hunter but it would be interesting to see if people flew into a rage and said of course the main character would be a hunter in a movie. It should be a stoic warlock. And sidekick hunter. And the Titan drives.

Definitely not a Hunter. Making a show about a hero who goes invisible during action scenes and has a faceless look when they are just hanging around isn't the best choice for a visual medium.
