I have the “Wish Ender” exotic quest on my titan. It is a 1 step of 1 quest that reads “offer talisman to an awoken statue”. After defeating all hidden bosses and depositing all secret orbs in the same run within the shattered throne - the awoken statue was still unable to be interacted with. When I abandon quest, it shows in the archive but with the same 1 of 1 exotic “wish ender” quest. My other characters do not have any quests titled “wish Ender” or “hunters remembrance” in the archive and neither does Petra. This has been glitched and in my inventory since forsaken launched.
