In light (pun intended) of the newest twab we will be able to change the look of our guardian in game without deleting it but still no news about changing our name even if we pay for it. .... Yes I know this is just beating a dead starhorse or however the saying goes The amount of money Bungie would make off players being able to change their in-game name is crazy, why are they not doing it, I wonder? I know people who would pay like $30-$50 purely just because they could. Maybe the name change guy got fired with the big lay-off? hahaha It's been over 2 years (I think) since Bungie gave us the one-off name change so the amount of people who have had their name reverted to Guardian###### or whatever it is, that number would be fairly high, maybe they're embarrassed about their name change or maybe people just want a change of scenery with their name. Before anyone comes at me, I'll throw myself out there, no I'm not one of those people who changed their name to MaraSovsBathWater or something stupid like that to get attention. I don't mind my name currently, it's easy and unique however I have mates who's lifestyles have changed since Bungie implemented the one-off name change and they (season of the) wish their Bungie name could reflect their life changes that's all. Just a couple of examples from the top of my head :) ...and yes I know Bungie have never said there would be another one... but they have also said a lot of things they never followed through with... Anyway, long story short. Easy name change for money (or even free) = Easy $$ for Bungie and players happy "Only" 5 months left till the next season guardians, have fun and go touch some grass :) [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate.
