Based on the current state of Destiny 2, would you recommend it to your friends.
-
If I had any friends I would not recommend Destiny 2 to them.
-
7 AntwortenNo because at this point in the game it would be months of hard hard hard work and grinding to be able to compete in PvP and endgame activities
-
2 AntwortenHell no, friends don't let friends play Dresstiny.
-
I’d fully recommend it to my enemies.
-
1 AntwortenTo my worst enemy only.

Absolutely not. I’ll be canceling my pre order as well. This game knows where it’s headed. To the grave.

i would on these conditions. Get rid of seasons for a start When i pay for a dlc i would like to be able to play all of it, certain missions relating to the dlc you have locked in a season so then you have to pay for that season, when the missions should have been in the dlc in the first place, but worse thing is the missions take place in the dlc which you have already paid for and yet you cant play them without getting the season first lol. Get rid of Eververse, put all the cosmetics in challenges for us to earn, that will also increase your player base because it will give them something to chase, especially for veteran players who have completed the bulk of the game.

Back in D1 days I did heavily. In fact I would play A LOT with many of my Sr undergrad and grad students, running raids, Trials, Skolas (they loved to see me get stuck and burn in Skolas's PoE) There were a couple of times in past D2 I did a little but by then not one of my previous teammates still played. Clans were born and I brought maybe 2 people in, most did not care. Today, heck I don't really play that much anymore because I hate what has happened to the game. Its simply no longer fun to just sit back and play, enjoy the visuals, the music, the magic it used to be. With the talk the last couple of days of a complete Sony takeover (after we trashed Sony so hard years ago) I'm seconds of game play from begging for it!

Nope. Bungie doesn't deserve any more suckers
-
Who in gods name chose yes
-
Nope. It’s a money pit.
-
I’d tell them to save a fortune and get Baldur’s Gate 3.
-
1 AntwortenN/A; I don't have friends
-
8 AntwortenHello. D1 beta OG here. No. Bungie seems to ignore the average playing masses and take feedback only from influencers who have fundamentally alien views on what destiny should be. Take "checkmate everything" for example. Demonstrably unpopular with the masses but certain streamers love it. Destiny was once a fast moving abilities based shooter. No longer. Its just not fun to be weak and shoot at sponges whilst being made of glass.

3 AntwortenI would only recommend this game to people I hate.
-
Absolutely not. Unless they just want to light money on fire.
-
I have talked several people out of starting D2. Just the cost to buy everything in a "free to play" game (and don't @ me with your "it's not free to play, it's free to try" BS) was enough. There have even been a few friends look into it on their own because they see me playing it, and hit me with something like "I was looking at this game but it was too expensive." I know Bungie needs money, but how many copies of X are you really selling anymore? It might be time to revamp what's included in the "free to play" portion of the game.
-
I still suffer from the guilt of introducing 3 friends.

Bearbeitet von Daffy, The Disappointed: 12/8/2023 4:17:35 PMNo. I’m a pr!ck but not that much of a pr!ck. Bungie doesn’t respect the community, they only pretend to care when the chips are down. Utter complacency is the standard. Besides, how much would it cost for a new player to catch up? Beyond ridiculous.

Yes, i love this game and have always enjoyed it, even during the dark times of content drought. Ive recommended this game to a few friends and my girlfrind and we all regularly play together and enjoy the game
-
As of 2023/24 Helll nooo
-
Ufdah. That is not a gud ratio.
-
1 AntwortenI love the game but a hard game to get into as a new player.
-
My friends already play it, but if they didn’t, my answer would sadly be no. It’s purely because I don’t want to become Bungie’s PR manager, explaining why they have to drop somewhere between $100 and $200 just to have access to the full game. Idc what anyone says, this price is not acceptable. D2 is already hard to get into in the first place. Are we really going to defend the insane price and confusion on what bundles, packs, keys and passes to buy as well?

11 AntwortenI’ve literally told friends to not bother. This is one of the most unwelcoming games for new players I’ve ever played. It keeps catering to streamers, YouTubers, and professional gamers. Most people just want to shoot aliens in the face with cool weapons and feel powerful with space magic. Not solo GMs with nerfed abilities for an emblem that they can flaunt to strangers who don’t GAF, lol.
