The main question is, through use of perks and mods (like Land Tank) that increase your Resilience in the form of a buff, does your Resilience temporarily go into tier 11-13? If so, what are those numbers? I read that this is true for the mods that use Armor Charges to temporarily increase other stats like Discipline and Strength for extremely diminished returns. I've tried many different ways to phrase this question to Google but the results are all clickbait for pre-nerf 40% and annoying YouTube farm videos.
